Accountability: Diet and Exercise for Friday, July 5th
Well Becca is at her sisters swimming. so I will start this off for us.. I am trying to get back in the habit of reporting all that goes in my mouth!!! I have really slacked since I hit under 200!!!!!!!
S- prochino
B- two scrambled eggs with half a piece wheat toast 1030am
l- a lil under a cup of hamburger helper at 230
s- 6 choclate chip cookies
d- 1/2 half of a grilled cheese sand and 4 pretzels....
the sandwich wasnt as good as i remebered them to be!! waaaa
liquids- 8 oz milk
20 ounce water
20 ounce water after lunch digests
10 ounce water
exercise: cleaning house and kinda taking a break my legs are killing me from the gazelle.. I can barely walk!! I love it!!

Hi Dawn, glad you are getting back in the habit, me too. Today's Intake: Lean muscle protein meal, 2 cups organic tea, 3 chicken wings, 4 meatballs, 1/2 cup cabbage, salad, 3 chocolate chip cookies. Plans are to have cottage cheese and salsa for dinner. I drank 16oz sugar free kool-aid, 16 oz cold tea and 20 oz bottle of water. That's all folks!!!!
