Looking for a Support Group

I am 4 months post-op and live in Prestonsburg, KY. Anyone know of any support groups in Eastern KY?  Had my RNY at KDMC in Ashland which is 1.5 hrs. away..........too far to drive to a meeting! Anyone out there near this location that is interested in doing a walking or exercise group? Leslie

Maybe we could start having a support group at the Rec ctr here in Paintsville. They have a track and I think that the ctr is free to the public. We could check into it.....

I would like to join, if we could get something started, may start our own support group, etc. sounds like fun, to be with people that know what we are going through.  I am almost 5 months out and need alot of support, lol

We also have CURVES in Prestonsburg near the MAC theatre.  Any idea how much that costs?  That may be a thought for winter......when it is too cold to walk outside. Leslie

There is a CURVES in Paintsville too. We'll figure that out later.
