Accountability: Diet and Exercise for Friday, July 4th
Today is starting out GREAT! I broke my 60 pound road bump this morning AND we all were able to sleep in late! Gracie woke us up around 10am. We don't have any special plans for today other than going to the movie later this afternoon (Wall-E). We are planning a swim party over at my sister's house tomorrow to celebrate the 4th since she has to work today. I hope everyone else is having a great (although soggy) day!! FOOD breakfast: Skillet Breakfast (hash browns, onions, bacon, egg beaters topped with shredded cheese sour cream and salsa) lunch: the rest of my plate from breakfast (it's always too large to eat at one time when I make this) snack: movie popcorn and a Starbuck's skinny Latte dinner: chef salad (going light to make up for the splurges) FLUIDS 32oz crystal light 16oz milk from the latte 17oz water EXERCISE no plan for anything organzied today other than family time! Gracie wants to go to Incredible Dave's though.....If I jump again think I could count that??
