Accountability: Diet and Exercise for Friday, July 4th

This one time....in
Band Camp.....

Today is starting out GREAT!  I broke my 60 pound road bump this morning AND we all were able to sleep in late!  Gracie woke us up around 10am.  We don't have any special plans for today other than going to the movie later this afternoon (Wall-E).  We are planning a swim party over at my sister's house tomorrow to celebrate the 4th since she has to work today.  I hope everyone else is having a great (although soggy) day!! FOOD breakfast:  Skillet Breakfast (hash browns, onions, bacon, egg beaters topped with shredded cheese sour cream and salsa) lunch:  the rest of my plate from breakfast (it's always too large to eat at one time when I make this) snack:  movie popcorn and a Starbuck's skinny Latte dinner:  chef salad (going light to make up for the splurges) FLUIDS 32oz crystal light 16oz milk from the latte 17oz water EXERCISE no plan for anything organzied today other than family time!  Gracie wants to go to Incredible Dave's though.....If I jump again think I could count that??

Taking a lazy day today.  Worked in the garden early this morning.  Tried the new GNC Lean Muscle Meal (250 cal, 40 gms protein)  today for Breakfast and 2 cups of organic tea.  I had a 4 oz piece of fried catfish with 1/2 cup of french green beans and 4 pickled okra for Lunch.  Unfortunately I had a bag of Thai potato chips, good but not worth the calories.  I plan to have ribs, cottage cheese and green beans for Dinner. So far only had one 20 oz bottle of water, plan to drink the other three bottles later.   That's all folks.  Z Have a good weekend.

   Well I for one need to start being accountable!! ugh!! my sweets cravings are OUT OF CONTROL!! HELP!! My self control sucks right now... I can tell you now that Dr.Shina was right, it wasn't my band doing the work before, it was me and I can't get that control back...  What sucks is  I cant get a fill till the 8 weeks of his "diet" plan are up!!! ugh! help!!    So here was today's food...  Breakfast- prochino with a cup of fruit loops dry... lunch- some deli shaved ham and half a slice of cheese            on ritz crackers snack-  some cashews dinner-  a cup of hamburger helper snack- a small wendy's frosty             10 french fries snack 3 choc chip cookies  liquids-          2 20 ounce waters w/ sugar free kool aid          8 oz milk exercise-  12 minutes on freestyle gazelle                  11 minutes walk, jog combo in the treadmill                   15 situps                 some hand weight exercises               Ok so help get my sweet tooth under control PLEASE!!!!!!!    Dawn
