Norton Pavillion Support meeting when is it

OK I am ready to try the waters outside my comfort zone online support here on the forum and want to venture to a meeting when is the next meeting????

Hey Vicki! The group @ Norton Surburban meets on the 4th Thursday of every month from 6-7...the Norton downtown meets on the 2nd Tuesday, I think but I've never been to theirs since I had my surgery @ surburban.  I hope you will come!! It is usually very helpful & a good way to meet other banders (other type of surgery patients come also).  You can send me a pm if  you have other questions! Happy 4th!

Hi Vicki, The downtown meeting is next week on the 8th and the Suburban meeting is the 24th.  Both start at 6pm but arrive early and we all get a little chat time!! Hope to see you there!! Becka

OK Becka, I will probably try to get there at 5:30,  is that early enough or should I be there earlier?  I will probably park the pavillion parking lot which I think is the same one I park in when I go to see Dr. Rod.   I really want to get out now oh and I will be minus oxygen I only have to wear it 20 hrs per day so my 4 hours will be during the meeting time still kinda self concious about it ....  Cant wait to meet you Vicki

Can you guys share on where these meetings are? I am cincinnati/northern KY, and go to Dr. Rod as well, so I am thinkin' you might be close to me.

Susann Becka lives in Louisville KY  I live in Jeffersonville, across the bridge from Louisville.  The Norton Pavillion Meeting is at the buidling behind Dr Rodriquez office in Louisville,  The Suburband one is at Suburban Hospital in Louisville KY  You drive all the way to Louisville to see Dr. Rodriquez????

Thanks guys. I didn't realize Dr. Rod had an office in Lousiville as well. Oh well, it was a thought. I struggle to make my support group meetings here as they are on a bad night for me for a sitte. Guess I will work harder to get there!

Susan, you may be confused about the Dr. Rodriguez thing..there are two..One in Louisville (Dr. Jorge Rodriquez)then the one at Deaconess in Cincinnati..(Dr. Dirk Rodriquez) I would love it if you could meet us for dinner on Thurs...Right now there is some changing going on at Tristate surgical weight loss center..but soon there will be more support and more going on there.  The public is welcome to any support group meetings..Just look at Dr. Sonnanstine's profile at the left then under his events..they are listed I do believe. any questions just contact me, I will get the info for you.
