Accountability has returned!! (I hope....LOL) Thursday, July 3rd
I'M BACK!!!!!
The summer activities have cut down on my OH time tremendously!! Lately, all I've had time for was to make a quick nightly check of the 2 boards that I hang out on and to keep the weightloss challenge post going that I committed to over on the band board! I have paid though with a weightloss stall for 2 or 3 weeks now and then a 1 pound gain over the last couple of days! I've gotten lax with going to the gym and with being mindful with my food choices so it's all deserved and I know what I need to do to get back on the bandwagon starting with my accountability post here!! I am also getting my tush back into the gym 3 times a week for 90 minutes before Queen's "Fat Bottomed Girls" becomes my theme song once again!!
Anyone else need to join me in being accountable???
So without further ado:
FOOD
breakfast: StarBeck's skinny cini latte (6oz coffee, 10oz milk, a shot of S/F syrup and 3 Splenda)
Lunch: McDonald's grilled chicken snack wrap and about 3 fries from Gracie (yeah, yeah, I know but it's better than I've been lately!)
snack: Trailmix w/ peanuts and M&M's (about 1/2 cup)
dinner: 1 cup Chili (with 1 spoon of peanut butter melted in)
FLUIDS
10oz milk (1%)
32oz crystal light
17oz water (lol.....it's easier to say than 16.9 oz)

EXERCISE
I'm planning on gettting to the Y today @ 4pm when the childcare area opens up (they close between 2 and 4) and break a sweat!! I guess you can say I'm going to "get on my bike and ride"
