OT: I need to find an affordable limo service in Louisville..

My niece is turning 13 in October. I want to surprise her by picking her up in a limo with a few of her friends and going out on the town like movie stars.. If anyone here knows of someone who does it privately and not for a company or of an affordable company pleaaase do let me know.
