I hate the waiting game...
I really hate all this waiting I am waiting for chart from my Dr. right now so I can turn it in at Nortons then I know I am going to have to wait on them for a few weeks.... On top of that I still have 3 months left of my 6 month weight management. I am ready to join the other side..... I hate feeling like crap everyday and looking at myself. Its not me and I am ready to make a change. Did anyone else have this happen to them?

Yes, it's a long frustrating process... But I'm hoping all this wait, and effort will pay off in the end... I'm still in the process.. Just had my stress test yesterday... got one more test July 1st the Pulmonary Function Test then I can submit for "FINAL" approval and be scheduled!!
Good Luck.. and Be patient is all I can say
hi, don't fret about it, your time will come before you know it. take this extra time, to read everything you can on it, educate yourself. you will not be sorry in the end, it took me a little over a year to get everything turned in and done, I went to my family dr. liek I was suppose to, forgot one appt. and practically had to start over.
I gave up caffeine, and sweets, etc. in the time that I was waiting to be approved. I do not regret missing the dr. appt. because it gave me more time to understand what I had to do and to give up.
hope this helps you with the waiting.

It really is hard to wait. I thought my insurance approval would be breeze, but evidently my PCP didn't send in the correct documentation and I have been denied. However I'm not going to give up because I have met all all the requirements my insurance requested. I filed an appeal today with new documentation from my PCP. I have been obese for most of my life so I guess a little more time is a small price to pay. But I really understand how hard it is to wait when you are ready to start a new lifestyle. The Louisville get together looked great. Reading about all the success on this board has really kept my spirits up . Thanks so much!
