Accountability- Diet & Exercise, Thursday, June 19

OK, let me see if I can remember what I've done today (I've been on cruise control):
breakfast: Skinny cini dulce latte (10oz 1% milk, 6oz coffee, S/F syrup and splenda)
lunch: a chicken tender from walmart deli and about 10 or so green grapes
snack: 3/4 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/4 cup crushed pineappple
dinner: 3.5 oz grilled pork sirloin, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/3 cup green beans and 2 tomato slices
confession.......I PB'd the tomatoes because I ate too much.....and I knew it was going to happen when I ate them but I wanted them......they were garden fresh and the first ones of the year!!! First time i've ever consciously done something like that......
I need a good swift kick in the rump!
Richard is putting Gracie to bed for me and I'm off to the tanning bed before they close!!

im not as hungry as I was tuesday so good deal.. does feel like its tighten up...
anyone have gall bladder problems?? having some pain that I know isnt food realted, lol cause I have had none...
