Diet & Exercise Accountability, Weds., June 11
Keeping up with the Accountability Weds., June 11: B.Turkey sausage and 1 scrambled egg,
L. (luncheon at friend's home) chicken salad without the croissant, 1/4 c. cottage cheese & sliced strawberries (no thanks to the brownies with ice cream). Snack 2 Kroger tirkey stucks & 1 sting cheese, D. 1/2 Lean Cuisine meatballs & spaghetti, 48 oz. water. Join me for Thursday night??! Yay!! I was hoping someone started yesterday's thread. I came home and simply crashed into bed right after I put the girlie down at 8:30. We were swimming most of the day yesterday and got a bit of a sunburn. That always seems to take the energy out of me.
I'll go ahead and get the Thursday one started and just edit later tonight for my add-ons!
breakfast: My usual coffee/milk mixture
lunch: chef salad w/ life basalmic vinergarette
snack: the rest of the salad
dinner: 2 slices ham and onion pizza (thin crust, well done goes down VERY easy)
snack: Schwan's low fat peach frozen yogurt (1 scoop)
