Accountability: Sunday (6/8/08) and Monday (6/9/08)
Hello to all!!
I just wanted to add this post in case anyone wanted to list their daily totals! I apologize but I'm taking a powder on both days!! I haven't been bad with my intake but I've been VERY busy and haven't kept track at all! Today for instance, I just got back from my daughter's 1st swim meet and I was there for 6 freakin' hours!!! That didn't even include the 1 hour practice this morning! I didn't eat enough today but i'm hot and tired and just not interested! I did make myself eat a protein bar though just a few minutes ago to get close to my 60 grams requirement.
My girlie has another 9am practice in the morning but I do plan on getting back on track with my exercise and diet so I'll be back in the game tomorrow!
