Accountability : Diet & Exercise Journal for Friday, June 6th
Happy Friday!!
I know tis is pretty late tonight but I've been a busy beaver today!!
FOOD
Breakfast: StarBECK'S skinny cini dulce latte (10oz mik and 6oz coffee)
Lunch: 1.5 cups canned chili
Snack: Twisted protein bar
Snack: several raw baby carrots w/ ranch dressing
DInner: 2oz roasted chicken, less than 1/4 cup of wild rice and 1/2 cup steamed vegies
FLUIDS
10oz milk
17oz water
12oz diet pepsi
17oz crystal light
EXERCISE
Made it to the gym late tonight but was able to get a good workout in! I did my usual 40 minutes on the weight machines and then 38 minutes cardio before they started to turn the lights out on me!!

I had a fill a couple weeks ago and just this week the scale has decided to be friendly. I'm losing about a pound every day or so right now! That'll end here soon though and I'll have to fight for every pound again!
That's my typical pattern.....lose 7 or 8 pounds fairly quick and then settle into maybe a pound a week after that. Can't complain at all....
