Accountability: Diet & Exercise Journal for Thursday, June 5th
My little girl is growning up and so am I!! We won't mention that I'm turning 42 in two weeks though OK?? SHe's in her first REAL big girl activity with the local swim team. By Saturday she will have had six days of practice this week!! Her first swim meet is this coming Monday and she also has a practice that morning as well!! This scedule will likely go on through the third week of July and then she start's "big girl" school on August 13th. Needless to say, all the pool time is cutting into my regular routine but it's worth it to see her enjoy herself and grow her skills! The practices will be in the AM after tomorrow (last day of school was today in Oldham Co.) and that should make it easier for me to make it to the gym on the way home from practice....Or so I hope! So, what is everyone else's summer plan?? FOOD breakfast: Starbuck's skinny venti cini dulce latte (16oz skim milk and 4oz espresso) lunch: about a half cup of tuna salad and some almonds snack: fruit juice popsicle at swimming pool dinner: 1 cup Q'doba naked chicken burrito on a small bed of shredded lettuce snack: 2 scoups of low fat peach frozen yogurt (Schwan's man came today) FLUIDS 16oz skim milk 32oz crystal light 17oz crystal light tea EXERCISE LOL.....i'm BBBAAAADDD! Gracie and I went to the mall and spent too much time there so i simply didn't have time to go to the Y today (that's my story anyway). I have only been to the gym once thi week! This means I HAVE to go tomorrow and once more this weekend to get my three days.
