Accountability: Diet & Exercise Journal for Wednesday, June 4th

This one time....in
Band Camp.....

If it gets any more humid my hair is going to frizz up so bad i'll look like Rosanna Danna Danna!!  Pretty good day all in all though!  I made a major dent in my laundry AND got my checkbook balanced!   FOOD Breakfast:  StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte (10oz milk and 6oz coffee)
Lunch:  1/2 cup tuna salad and a string cheese stick
Snack: about a handful of MW 94% FF popcorn
Dinner:  1 cup Q'doba Naked chicken burrito on a small bed of lettuce
Snack: queso and a few chips (bad bad bad) FLUIDS LOL.....i'm sure I'm under since I've forgotten to keep track! I'll go make myself a 32oz S/F Hawaiian Punch though to make up for a little of it.  That stuff ALWAYS goes down guicky! EXERCISE I was watching the neighbor's daughter today so I didn't make it to the gym like I wanted too.....Oh well, tomorrow's another day right??

 Lovin' the sunshine!  Also loved Gilda,especially Rosanna...Danna!  Would love to start doing this accountability thing, so here's Wednesday.  B. Protein Shake form Baptist Milestone (after 3rd day in a row of walking, gliding and swimming) L.  Chinese buffet (YIKES) mostly wonton soup, shrimp, not fried, D. 3/4 turkey sausage hot dog, cheese, salsa on whole wheat 1/2 tortilla, Snack SF popsicle. Other exercise, running after granddaughters for a couple of hours outside!
