I just got off the phone with Brenda. I have been having some problems with nausea and not quite feeling myself. She and I have gone back and forth a few times the last couple of weeks about this.
I found out exactly what was making me sick!
I eat Yoplait Yogurt every day. Often times twice in the same day. Did you realize there are 28 sugars in some of those? Well, no doubt, I chose the highest in sugar; after all, they taste wonderful!
Oh my, I stopped eating them and switched to a Kroger brand of fewer sugars and she was right, she had me switch from eating yogurt to protein such as meats, cheese snacks, etc. I am no longer sick and have lost 3 lbs already. I am far enough out I should know sugars in protein bars, yogurts and "healthy snacks" often have to many sugars for RNYers.
