Accountability: Diet & Exercise for Tuesday June 3rd
Lordy, this last fill has made my band very fickle!
It's not liking solid meats very well right now. Sautee'd shrimp was a no-go but the next day shrimp ****tail (still cooked but cold) went down fine. Cooked chicken didn't go very well the other day but i'm going to give it another try tonight. Today egg beaters is wanting to hang up and when I had them on Sunday they were fine! My volume per meal is down to the 1 cup limit though which is great! I guess I just need to learn the new rules this fill has set forth for me huh? Back to basics!! SMALL bites and chew chew chew!!!
FOOD
Breakfast: 1/2 cup egg beaters with a slice of colby jack topped with a spoon of lite SC and salsa
Lunch: small Wendy's chili with 6 crackers
snack: Starbuck's venti skinny cinnamon dulce latte (16oz skim mik and 4oz espresso)
Dinner: Grilled Teriyaki Chicken breast with grilled pineapple and vidalia onions
Snack: ??
FLUIDS
17oz water
16oz milk
32oz water in my gym jug
EXERCISE
I'm planning on getting to the gym but not sure when!! They don't have childcare open between 2 and 4 and Gracie has swim practice from 5:30 to 6:30. After that I need to cook dinner. I guess i'll run up there after dinner and Mr. E can keep up with his wild child!!
well i was a idiot monday and aggreviated my throat and stufff
I have been on liquids for 24 hours and may even stay on them today too
I have really been abusing my band and it reminded me monday whot he boss was!! It was nasty...

I need to get back on track... someone lecture me please??
