9 mnth check up

Hello all,

 

  I had my nine month check up with Dr Shina last wednesday, and am 25 lbs away from his goal weight, I have lost 141 lbs and am feeling better than I ever have, although Holly convinced me to go to a lower weight than he suggested. He also wants me to be scoped again so my egd will be 6-21-08, I just wanted to thank all of you all for your support and words of encouragement, couldnt do this without you all.  See you at the next meeting.
