This one time....in
Band Camp.....

Wow, summer is here!  The lightening bugs are out, the cicadas are deafening and the LG&E bill is creeping up!! FOOD pre-breakfast:  Coffee Latte (16oz milk and 4oz esspresso)
breakfast: 1 cup Kashi cereal and splash of milk
Lunch: 4.5 oz shrimp ****tail and 1 tbsp ****tail sauce and a cheese stick
Snack:  A Schwan's lite ice cream sandwich (90 cal and 2 protein)
Dinner:  Tortilla encrusted Talapia (about 4 oz), 2 bites of hubby's crab legs and about 3 bites of salad w/ lite ceasar dressing
FLUID 16oz skim milk 17oz crystal light tea 17oz water EXERCISE I don't think I'm going to make it to the gym today.  Might go for a walk this evening though.

Ok...I may suck at this but am gonna give it a shot!  Coffee at 7 w/ s/f creamer and splenda 24oz Breakfast @9-6 oz sf peach yogurt Lunch @1-4 oz melon and 1/4 c. pasta salad w/ 34 oz water with lemons Dinner- ceasar salad with grilled chicken from yesterday Walked 1 mile to work and pool time and water exercises when I get home! Trying to work off some anxiety with tomorrow's surgery...Its hot out there today so I may have to wait for the sun to drop some, but after the walk back home, I may just jump on in the pool clothes and all! Everyone have a great day!

mmm shrimp sounds good, putting that on my Costco list right now.... pre-breakfast - 1 scoop banana scream and 6 oz. milk and a cup of coffee with splenda and half n half breakfast - nope skipped it snack - chicken salad with 5 whole wheat crackers lunch - chicken salad with 5 more whole wheal crackers snack - the rest of the chicken salad no crackers this time dinner - left over chicken parmigiana  snack - ???
