Anyone want to join me in being accountable??  Regardless of WLS or nutritional protocol we all have certain things we have to watch in our daily intake and output (burn calories) to maximize our health.  I've found that if I list it here for others to see that I will be better behaved since It's not in my nature to make things up just to look good to others!!   Works for me....might just work for others too!! FOOD  Pre-breakfast:  other half of the Starbuck's skinny latte I didn't finish last night! Brunch:  making a skillet scramble with a small amount of diced potatoes, 1/3 cup egg beaters, onions, a couple slices of deli ham and some shredded cheese on top Snack:  Snickers protein bar (290 calories/21 protein) Snack:  Italiam Ice at ballgame (hey, it was better than the Ehrler's!) Dinner:  1.5 naked chicken tender w/ mediun wing sauce (BW3's), about 4 chips and salsa and 2 or 3 bites of salad (everything wanted to hang up tonight so I gave up!) FLUIDS 12oz dilluted lemon juice (i'm trying to flush some fluids out) 6oz skim milk 32 oz crystal light 24oz crystal light EXERCISE I totally bushed from my marathon workout yesterday!!  Today will only consist of lazy stuff!!

Accountability is everything for me.  Our nutritional needs are different but the need to insure we meet those individual needs is the same.  Thanks for always welcoming me here - there are always things we can learn from one another. btw - drinking lemon juice is good for preventing kidney stones breakfast - 1 scoop banana scream and 6 oz 2% milk 2nd breakfast - 1 scrambled egg and 2 slices bacon' lunch - 1/2 can of tuna with mayo snack - other 1/2 can of tuna with mayo dinner - about 3 oz chicken cutlet fried with melted mozzerella over about 1/2 cup of barilla plus rotini with lots of prego spagetti sauce snack - other half of my dinner 2nd snack - feeling a sweet tooth coming on so maybe some fruit or a fruit bar so far calories/886  carbs/29  fat/33  protein/112
I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.

WOW!! I love it when I have people that add to my thread!!  Sometimes I wonder if some of the people on here see this and think "oh no, she's at it again!!" Vicki,  my urologist told me the same thing about the lemons but he was talking about lemonade.  I like this better though since it's real and not crystal light.  My last kidney stone was 2 months ago and it won't hurt my feelings to never have one again!!  Dr. Hef was great though....I felt it and drove right over there and he gave me a phenergan shot ASAP to keep me from vomiting repeatedly and harming my band. Hi Dawn,  I have the lemon juice ****tail every once in a while when i'm feeling "puffy"  My rings were very tight this morning, which isn't normal for me anymore, so I figured it was time to make a little natural diuretic!  LOL.....it's a quick was to shed a couple of pounds as well if you know you're retaining fluids!

Z, your diet always sounds so healthy compared to mine!!
