OK, I need to get recommited to this accountability thing!  My diet has become a little hit and miss and grab what ya want......That's a recipe for a stall or even a gain if i don'****ch it! FOOD Breakfast:  1/2 cup egg beater omelet with onions, two 2% pepper cheese slices, a dollop of light sour cream and a spoon of salsa Lunch:  1 deli ham/pickle/cheese roll up Snack:  Starbucks after evening church service (venti skinny latte) Snack:  2 bites of cold pizza (threw the rest away in the outside trash) while waiting on supper to cook Dinner:  Chef salad with light ceasar dressing and a small baked potato w/ lite sour cream and margerine  FLUIDS 32oz water in my gym jug 16oz skim milk  4oz esspresso (doesn't really count) 32oz crystal light EXERCISE I made it to the gym and did 40 minutes on the weight machines, 40 minutes on the exercise bike and then 25 minutes on the treadmill.  I am STILL 16 minutes short for the band board's May exercise challenge!!  I guess I'll go and find my exercise ball and my stretchy bands and get busy for a few minutes!  I simply WILL NOT lose a challenge for 16 measely minutes!!

I didn't eat enough today by about 20 gr of protein who would have thought I would be able to say that a few months ago?
I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.

MMMM.....hot wings!!! Hubby and I are riding his harley into Louisville later today and meeting another couple for a Riverbats game (baseball bores me but I LOVE to people watch).  I just know they will want to go eat somewhere before hand.  Now that you've inspired me I'm going to insist we go for wings!!  No BC dressing for me though as I never have been able to get past the idea that it was moldy cheese!   LOL....that and frog legs......

Hey--what is a bannana scream???? Where didyou buy it?  I am right at 4 weeks out...still working on water and protein.  I hate almost all protein that I have tried.  I have tried GNC varieties, edge, Nectare, muscle milk, slimfast, walmart protein powders and I ordered a varity pack from online, and ..3 OZ bullets--which I have 10 of the 12 and I hate.  With the bullets  i thought I can gagdown three oz.  but I can't...I need some other ideas... I do like  SF carnation instant breakfast, 6 oz milk, 1 TBSP peanut butter, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder--but I even this is starting to get old.....any advice????

I get my Banana Scream from Vitalady.com, I will be happy to get you a sample though if you like.  I get it in the 5 lb container, its really the best one I have found.  PM me about meeting up with you or sending you some to try. The bullets I couldn't stand early out.  I used about 1 oz of a bullet in a 10 oz glass of water or crystal light to dilute them and that worked but still it got old.  I have a bunch of them left. Let me know if you want some of my banana scream, I am happy to share.
