Hi Lisa Ann, Congrats on finally getting a fill level that works for you!!! I have three basic breakfasts I simply rotate around.  Maybe they will interest you too:

1)  egg beaters omelet with a slice of deli cheese inside (I top mine with a little sour cream and salsa too). 2)  Cottage cheese and crushed pineapples (or some other fruit you might like better) 3)  Kashi go lean crunch cereal (almond flax is my favorite) with a splash of milk Lunch is usually leftovers from dinner since I have haven't learned to cook smaller amounts yet!! Dinner is usually a lean protein and a vegie.  I do include some sort of starchy side dish since I'm cooking for others and will typically have about 1/4 cup or less of whatever it is.

I love lowfat lemon yogurt with a tsp of grape nuts.  Just love the smooth with a crunch.  I also, eat hard boiled eggss if to dry add alittle yellow mustard.  I also do the fruit and cottage cheese.  I have a hard time eating the protein bar.  I aways thought their was something wrong with me, everyone else seemed to love them.  Glad to know its not just me.
