do you use an ab lounger??

hi, I am trying to get in some exercise!! I have been using small weights to start with, walk a couple times a day, be more active, I have an ab lounger, that I started using this week, has anyone else used the ab lounger and does it really help?  I can't afford to go to the gym it is to far away and gas is just so high, I live out in the boondocks!!     Does anyone else have any more suggestions for at home exercise, that won't kill me knees, lol.  thank you all, I love this site.  p.s. is onederland when you lose 100 pounds, or when you are under 200??

You are in onederland when that scale of yours reads 199.9, I haven't seen that number in 11 years.  I just bought Wii Fit and am hoping it helps.  I really hate going to the gym.  I like the exercise, I just loathe doing it in front of everyone there.  I think you just need to find some exercise you will do, consistently.  If its the ablounger go for it girl!!!

I am so happy that onederland is 199.9, lol !!!!!! I am at 200.7, I am so close I can almost taste it. I have been to 199 twice in the last 12 years by dieting, but this time, I hope I never go back, atleast I don't think I will, I am determined this time, I love that I had the surgery!! I feel good, and I sure don't feel like I am starving myself this time!!    Good luck getting there, I am doing about 200 ablounger thingys a day, 100 times --2 times a day, I hope this helps, and doing weights for my arms mainly!!

Greeneyes, I have a ablounger.  I like it.  Whether it works or not I cannot say.  I have lost inches but it is not the only exercise tool that I use.  I have a exercise ball, a treadmill the red chair, weights and a exercise bike.  I try to use them all each week.  Congrats on your journey to wonderland. Z
