Did you all hear me screaming? I got on the scales and ive lost 102 pounds in 3 months.. I was screaming and trying to do the happy dance. couldnt fell out of a chair with wheels and hurt my bottom sat night geuss some of my padding is gone...ouch But im so happy and im so thankful for Dr.Sonnastines help. I never thought i was as big as i was til i seen the number on the scales now i love seeing those numbers go down and down its an awesome feeling you just wonna tell the world...

Thanks everyone i love all you cheerleaders on here. Its sad but getting on the scales is the highlite of my week. Brenda and Chris i d love to get together with everyone just let me know when its convient for you all. Chris how are you doing? Brenda how are those babies?
