 Hey Missy!! Glad you mentioned the support group, I was thinknig it was this week..   As for the visit, it went fine.. NO FILL untill I get back from vacation..I have lost 12 pounds since I saw them in march, and I got a good kick in the pants from Holly because I have been discouraged about my loss. So we discussed the fill and we came to the conclusion that we should wait due to the whole liquids phase. He is a sticular  about the two week liquids and Holly thought it would be better for me, so that I can enjoy my time away..i.e.. ( eat, eat, eat,) So no adjustment, i was disappointed and not disappointed. The next fill will be under fluro to check out placement and the port because the next appointment will most likely be my ONE YEAR.. Oh and I have to do some labwork for the one year appt..   I kinda got distgusted because I thought I would have lost 100 by my one year... I dont know if that will happen now or not??   So there Im done rambling... Thanks for asking and I will be there thursday and so will Dr. Shina.. Holly said so! lol    Did you go to avenue yet? dawn

why does he only recognize the weight loss from the date of surgery.. He said 65.5 pounds and I went huh??  Mine is from first consult,. his is from surgery blah!!!!!!! dawn

Hi Dawn, Well, I'm glad they took your vacation into consideration and delayed the fill!!  It would have been a miserable time if you had issues with it!  You are doing SOOO well!  Don't let negative thoughts creep in now.  I bet you do make the 100 pound mark by September and if you don't you'll be within spitting distance anyway!  Summer is so much easier to be active and the healthy options are so much more plentiful too!  Like George Michael says "Ya just gotta have faith!" The meeting is next week?  Was it moved for some reason this month?  I went and looked at my wall calander and this is the forth Thursday this week.  It would be great for me if it was moved anyway since I'm bust this Thursday!

  hey becca you are right I read that wrong it is this week Im looosing my mind.. I turn 35 in ten days!!  must be all- timers setting in.   I know im doing good but I think that since Katelyn has been sick and I havent got to exercise Im getting mopey... Today is the first time I could leave a room without carrying her..    Holly and Dr.Shina are great they way they team up and work with us.. lol... She makes everything happy go lucky!!lol   So no fill, got to count my points and wait till june 15 or so to up the juice.. Im really not upset, considering most of this is me doing it on my own! I couldn't have done it before.. SO Im thankful thats for sure!! dawn
