Accountability : Diet and Exercise for May 18, 2008

It is a wonderful day in this part of Kentucky too. I planted hedges along my backyard today along with an unknown bush that was given to me. That might just be my exercise for today. I had penciled in 50 situps (with the aid of the ab lounger) with God all things are possible so I made yet do them. Becka, I just realized why you need to lose that pound. You will be in wonderland. I am pulling for your success. Great job.
Gracie will probably like Kings Island and Holiday World better that KK. It was a million years ago but my kids loved Kings Island the best and still do.
I made an appointment to go in for a fill tomorrow. I have high hopes..
Food Intake: B - 100% organic Yerba Mate Tea, 2 cups. L - 1/2 Mexican Nacho Salad w/chicken, beef, guacamole, mozzarella cheese, lettuce 1/2 slice of tomato, salsa and chips. D - Protein bar.
Liquids - (3) 20 oz bottles of water. (2) cups of hot tea, (1) 16oz glass of cold tea.
