  I dont have a fever?? why do i look hot?? bwahhaHHAAA!! Thanks for the compliment!! Todd took the picture and I keep looking at it asking him who that is??     I have been meaning to get on and tell you, I have a appointment tuesday 130 with Dr. Shina at suburban office for a fill so I wont chicken out.. We are gonna try doing it without fluro and see how it goes...  Im down again but im fighting to get it off so I figured what the heck.. lol...      Kate's been sick since friday running a high fever at night so I havent been on to catch up... OHHHHHHHH AND I see you moved 2 more pounds... Think the cardio and strength training adjustment is working??? Are you gonna ask for a fill, isnt it this week or is it next week?   Wow that was alot to think up without my protein drink in me yet,.. lol dawn

Hey,  If anything goes awry with anyone watching Katelyn while you're doing the fill thing let me know and Gracie and I will meet you up there and kidnap her for a while!  Gracie's been saying she watns to "go to the meeting today" so she can play with her again!! So far, all my fills have been in the exam room at Larson's office.  He doesn't usually do them under fluro unless the port is hard to locate or if he suspects a problem.  LOL.....other than that first time when I was psycho it's all been easy-peasy!!  You'll do fine! You might want to remind of my next words next time I'm whining......We go see Larson on the 28th for Richard's first fill and a possible fill for me but I'm considering declining a fill if he offers!!!  The scale is being VERY kind to me lately so I doubt he'd want to give me one anyway.  Like we had talked about before, cinching it as tight as it will go isn't the best thing for us and if we practice good habits we can and will lose weight with a looser band.  I don't feel like it's a huge struggle right now.  I'm not feeling like I need to chew my arm off and i'm not overlay tempted by junk.  That being said the scale read 200.8 for me this morning!!!!  And I put on a pair of size 16 capris!!  I might just join you in ONEderland by the end of the week!!    Not sure if it's the cardio/strength flip flop I did or what!  I will say though that I'm not tracking everything right now and not drinking as much as I should.  Maybe I was just too focused on it all the way around??  I'm sure what's working right now though won't work next month so I'm just going to enjoy it while I got it!! Dang, I talk a lot don't I??

  Ok, Had to take Katelyn to pediatric accute care  She has really bad ear infection in one ear, and a soon to be infected second ear!! yipeeee. its beena  bad two days here let me tell u...   Im worried about the fill but I will be ok.. I think.. lol    I think I have Kate covered but if it changes I will call you. Katelyn has asked when she can see Grace again,,    Yes you talk alot.. but so do I. Im gonna get a small adjustment not a big one as im leaving for vacation in two weeks.. I dont feel like I need much of one. and I really think its the cardio switch up... cause man that scale is moving on now!!! U catch me in wonderland I might have to work a lil harder!! hahahaha!!!    Im so glad I met you all!!! you keep me grounded!!! have a good night,. got to rock the sick one!! dawn
