I liked that guy last night. nice to see he was a bandster too..
I decided I would post this for becca, since she's been slacking!! hhehehee!! I think she worked out today so that probably why she isnt here yet..

Tonight was swim practice night Gracie on top of everything else I had going on but I'm finally sitting down with my laptop while watching American Idol.
I'm also living with a teenager for a few days and THAT"S throwing my schedule out of whack more so than the 5-year-old!
FOOD
pre-breakfast - StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte
breakfast - leftovers from Q'doba (about 1.25 cups naked chicken burrito)
snack - S/F jello cup (10 calories!)
lunch - boiled egg & 1/2 a twisted protein bar (leftover from Mr. E)
dinner - Teriyaki chicken breast, steamed broccoli and about 1/3 cup mashed taters
snack - hot chocolate CIB made w/ 1% milk
FLUIDS
8oz milk
8oz coffee
17oz water
32oz crystal light
EXERCISE
Workout was a little shortened today due to me stressing over having a 5 year old and a thirteen old in the pool area w/o supervision. I was worried the aquatics director would fuss. I did 40 minutes strength training and then only 20 minutes cardio.
