Approved!!!

Hubby got his approval letter from the insurance company today.  He will have the "realize" band placed by Dr. Sonnanstine...he is so excited.  He wanted the doc to be the first to know.!!...so now that he does, I can post this.   As soon as the center gets the letter he will be scheduled..yeaaaahhhhh

Thanks!!  Lapband as well as the Realize band are both "gastric bands"..just different makers.  Oct of last year Ethicon released  the Realize band and Dr. Sonnanstine uses it..had some input in the development and now teaches it.  He travels all over the U.S. proctoring other surgeons on it's use..I know he was in Miami this past week and has other trips planned, he is one busy man! He called today to congratulate my husband and give him some support..he is just awesome!! Brenda
