Band Camp.....

Happy Thursday!  One more day and the weekend is here!! FOOD Beakfast:  StarBECK'S homemade skinny cini dulce latte (110 cal, 2.5 fat, 
                13 carb, 8pro)

Lunch:  Bob Evans Chicken & Noodles  (270 cal, 9 fat, 26 carb, 19 pro)

Snack:  1/2 Snicker's Protein bar (145 cal, 5 fat, 20 carb, 10 pro)

Dinner:  smoked turkey sausage on the grill, charro beans and maybe a 
             little cooked cabbage (lol...my eyes are kinda big right now!)
Snack:  Yoplait light yogurt (100 cal, 0 fat, 19 carb, 5 pro) FLUIDS 8oz milk 8oz water 16.9 oz water 32oz crystal light another 16oz before bed! EXERCISE I made it to the gym today to make-up for missing yesterday!  I ended up doing 40 minutes strength training, 7 minutes on a stepper machine, 45 minutes on the treadmill and then I decided to do 8 more minutes on the exercise bike to make it an even one hour worth of cardio!

breakfast - 6 oz milk and 1 scoop banana scream snack - 2 slices deli ham with ranch dip and 4 peanut M&Ms lunch- 3 oz chicken with mayo and dill relish 1 slice of ww bread toast with 1 slice of american cheese snack- 3 slices of deli chicken with ranch dip and 4 peanut M&Ms dinner- part of a snickers protein bar snack- still more of a snickers protein bar, didn't fini**** got all my fluids and vitamins in today
