Life is grand!  Ya wanna know why?? LOL....i'm finding CUTE exercise clothes that fit and it's not in the women's dept!!  When I started this journey (I'm talking about the YMCA portion) I set my goal to be able to wear cute little workout clothes and not just t-shirts and sweats.  I found some at Walmart of all places!!!  Need I say they weren't fairly inexpensive too?  While shopping for workout clothes I also found a super cute halter dress for $15!!!  Friday will be my 6 month anniversary and I plan on having Richard snap some shots of me in it for my 6 month pics!!  I was hoping to be down a full 50lbs by then but it doesn't look to be in the cards.  Oh Well, almost 48+ pounds will work too!!! FOOD Snack:  StarBECK'S skinny cini dulce latte (110 cal, 2.5 fat, 13 carb, 8 pro)
Breakfast:  1/2 Bagel w/ strawberry cream cheese  (200 calories, 4 fat, 34 carb, 7 pro)
Lunch:  Chicken tortilla soup (260 cal, 4 fat, 40 carb, 16 pro)
Snack:  String cheese stick and a small pile of baby carrots
Dinner:  Cuban chicken and 1/4 cup Santa Fe rice FLUID 24oz water 8ox milk 8oz coffee 17oz crystal light EXERCISE I went to the gym this morning and did 40 minutes strength training and 50 minutes cardio.  I'm finally flipping the equation and doing more cardio versus strength!  I'm hoping to get to cardio up to 60 minutes and keep the strength under 40 minutes.  Hopefully, this will get the scale moving again since it's the consensus of many that i'm putting on muscle quicker than I can lose the fat!!

The rational side of me is saying "I think we are both doing just fine and shouldn't get hung up on a certain number"  while the emotional side of me wants to lay down and have a tantrum over that magic number!!  Ah well, I'll likely see 50 pounds next week so that wont be too bad!  Then my next goal is Onederland by the end of May!!!!  If I get a small fill at my appointment next week I'll certainly hit it!  Not sure I want one though as I'm getting up there on my fill level!  I'm so indecisive!!

Becka, Congratulations on tomorrow being your 6 month anniversay!!  I dream of no longer shopping in the Women's dept. ( another is to take a bath and be able to get out gracefully)- but I digress.  Enjoy the fun clothes and the great feeling of being slimmer AND healthier!! Peace.
