OK, so busy is a good thing!! It keeps me from wanting to graze! It would have worked out great yesterday if I hadn't found the tequilla lime tortilla chips!! LOL....oh well, the scale is moving back down again so I won't pick it apart too much!! I'm going to start this and then get on the ball!! I need to do a little housework and then I'm hoping to be in the gym by 12 so I can get back and be showered in time to take Gracie to see a movie (Spiderwick Chronicles) at 3pm. It's right down the road from where the support group is tonight so we'll just hang out in that area afterward until 6! Richard likely won't be with me tonight as he has service calls all over creation today! He has to go to Clarksville TN, Hopkinsville and then Campellsville (or did he say Campbellsburg???). FOOD S: StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte (110 cal, 2.5 fat, 13 carb, 8pro) B: 3/4 cup Cottage cheese and 1/4 cup crushed pineapple (200 cal, 5 fat, 7.5 carb, 18 protein) L: Twisted protein bar (190 cal, 6 fat, 21 carb, 15 pro) D: McDonald's southwest salad w/ grilled chic (420 cal, 15 fat, 41 carb, 31 pro) Totals: 920 calories, 28.5 fat, 82.5 carbs, 72 fat FLUIDS 8oz milk 8oz coffee 32oz water in my gym jug! 16oz water 17oz Crystal lite EXERCISE I ended up doing 50 minutes upper body strength training and 45 minutes cardio today! LOL...i'm 11 minutes away from my April goal of 1000 minutes! At support group tonight we used the stretchy bands and she showed us exercises....I WON"T COUNT THAT EVEN THOUGH I'M TEMPTED!!!!
