Band Camp.....

Busy day and it's not over yet!!  I was supposed to have a cleaning service come out this AM to clean a couch and they didn't show up and then after preschool was out at noon Both myself and my munchin went and got new doo's!  I can now say i'm a red-head again!!  We had too much time between thatand swim practice though so we're home for a few minutes butI've got to be baack in Loiusvile again by 5 for Gracie's swimming lesson.  Richard had his first follow-up with Dr. Larson as well!  Went just as expected and he's cleared for mushies and was told to progress to solids as he feels he can!  LOL....that's a dangerous amount of slack in a leash for a hungery dog!!  Oh well, he's requested mashed potatoes tonight so that's what my baby gets!  Tomorrow though we are movin' onto eggs and cottage cheese!    I HAD A FOOD BLOWOUT!!  Funny thing is that my calories are still within my limits!  But my carbs and fats are higher than I'd like!  Oh well, them darn tortilla chip**** the spot!!                        FOOD B:  StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte  (110 cal, 2.5 fat, 13 carb, 8pro) L:  Snickers Marathon protein bar  (290 cal, 10 fat, 40 carb, 20 pro) S:  4oz Q’doba tortilla chips (leftover from yesterday) (560 cal, 26 fat,      75 carb, 6 pro) D:  5oz Tortilla encrusted Tilapia (250 cal, 11 fat, 15 carb, 24 protein) 

 

     ½ cup spinach ( 45 cal, 1 fat, 5 carb, 5 pro)

 

 

 

totals: 1025 calories, 50.5 fat, 148 carbs, 63 protein  FLUIDS

  8oz milk   8oz coffee   32oz Crystal light   12oz Diet Pepsi  17oz water

EXERCISE

 Spent my morning waiting on an upholstery cleaner to come and he didn’t!!!  I wasted good time I would have been spending in the gym!  Oh well, I hope to get there this evening once Richard and Gracie get settled in.

 Girl, doc shina aint bumping anyone up early. He is so by the book its unreal... I tried to lay in the sun this morning with kitkat here, hahahaha fun fun!!! Like a circus.. " ewww mommy a bug, a bug, ohhh kill it mommmy.. Oh mommy my hands are dirty"  do u feel my pain?? somewhere she got girlie and todd hates that hahahaha..   So other than that I have been lazy.. I couldnt sleep last night for some reason.... Food: b- prochino l- 3/4 cup chili 4 ritz crckers  10 points total s- banana nut bread( threw the rest away. i was the only one eating it) s- cheeto puffs  6 total d- 4 ritz crackers with peanut butter on them.. liquids: 20 oz bottle water working on another one 8 oz milk exercise: plan to do my nightly walk          but depends on how capri shopping goes(bleck!) can you tell I really needed to start putting my food out there again?? Im slacking on the snacks big time!!! Not sure why..  I know they cost me alot of precious points!!!

Back in the old Kentucky home.  Chicago was great.  I was on the south side of the city.  I bought 4 pairs of shoes.  Unlike some, my shoe size has not decreased.  The weather was great.  I tried a low carb breakfast of cottage cheese, egg whites and a turkey patty.  It was really good  and went down well.  All week eggs had been choking me but these egg whites were great.  I ate a lot of fish and brought home all my favorite meats, polish sausage, corned beef and gyros.  I did get to exercise on the treadmill a little but walking and dancing took care of the rest.  If not I had a good time anyway.  However I am starting to get back to my routine. B - Protein water, 2 cups of tea (forgot to eat my Activa). L - Tuna, wheatthin crackers and berry soyjoy protein bar D - Polish sausage w grilled onions and a few french fries.   Snack - 3 cookies.

 With  I will succeed.
