Busy day and it's not over yet!! I was supposed to have a cleaning service come out this AM to clean a couch and they didn't show up and then after preschool was out at noon Both myself and my munchin went and got new doo's! I can now say i'm a red-head again!! We had too much time between thatand swim practice though so we're home for a few minutes butI've got to be baack in Loiusvile again by 5 for Gracie's swimming lesson. Richard had his first follow-up with Dr. Larson as well! Went just as expected and he's cleared for mushies and was told to progress to solids as he feels he can! LOL....that's a dangerous amount of slack in a leash for a hungery dog!! Oh well, he's requested mashed potatoes tonight so that's what my baby gets! Tomorrow though we are movin' onto eggs and cottage cheese!
I HAD A FOOD BLOWOUT!! Funny thing is that my calories are still within my limits! But my carbs and fats are higher than I'd like! Oh well, them darn tortilla chip**** the spot!!

EXERCISE
Spent my morning waiting on an upholstery cleaner to come and he didn’t!!! I wasted good time I would have been spending in the gym! Oh well, I hope to get there this evening once Richard and Gracie get settled in.
