What a great day!!  The sun is shinning, it's warm, my preschooler is being awesome today! Now if only my big kid wasn't grumpy!!  I think going back to work full force and only being on liquids is conflicting with his mood!  He sees Dr. Larson tomorrow though and I'm willing to bet he'll bump him up to mushies like he did me when I was a week out!    

FOOD

S:  StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte  (110 cal, 2.5 fat, 13 carb, 8pro) B:   ½ cup scrambled egg beaters and 3 turkey sausage links        (180 calories, 7fat 3 carb, 25 protein) L:   1 cup Canned chili  (230 cal, 8 fat, 25 carb, 15 pro)

D:  Q’doba naked chicken burrito (365 cal, 13.5 fat, 36 carb, 22.5 pro)

 

 

 

Totals:  885 calories, 31 fat, 77 carbohydrates,  70.5 protein   FLUIDS

8oz milk  8oz coffee  32oz ruby red grapefruit crystal light  16oz Lemonade crystal light 16oz water

EXERCISE  Nothing other than housework today!

  Ahhhh warm weather.. Love it. Till I look in the mirror!! bleckkkk!!! Ok. Beck, Im approved thru insurance for the fill till may 9th... I got to decide if I want it or not.... blah blah. Support group tomm.. bring me a twisted bar???   FOOD: b- PROCHINO   6 WEIGH****CHERS POINTS                                      43 grams protein              L-  kroger brand activia yogurt   2 weigh****chers points                                    21 grams of protein              S- cashews      4 weigh****chers points                                     5 grams protein              s- A few cheeto puffs  I have no idea how many weigh****chers points             s- banana nut bread  I point valued at 5 points             d- half of a grilled chicken breast with bbq sauce                 a serving spoonful of green beans and potatoes                from what I can figure 5 total weigh****chers points Fluids_ -  2 20 ounce bottles of water with sugar free koolaid                8 ounces milk exercise-- 35 minutes cardio uphill outside!!! love it I havent weighed to see what the daily is.. I need to do that!
