OK, so the scale god has been kind to me this morning and one of the two pounds I was up is now gone! I'm sure it's fluid retention but it still makes me fret!!
FOOD
B: 1/2 cup eeg beater omelet w/ colby jack, a dollop of SC and salsa
(190 cal, 9.5 fat, 7.5 carb, 17.5 pro)
S: StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte (110 cal, 2.5 fat, 13 carb, 8pro)
L: Imitation crabmeat w/ ****tail sauce (180 cal, 0 fat, 32 carb, 12 pro) 2% Milk String Cheese (70 cal, 4 fat, 0 carb, 8 pro) S: Twisted Protein Bar (190 cal, 6 fat, 20 carb, 15 pro)
D: 5oz Tortilla encrusted Tilapia (250 cal, 11 fat, 15 carb, 24 protein) and 1/2 cup peas (60 cal, 0 fat, 12 carb, 4 pro) Totals: 1050 calories, 33gr fat, 89gr carbohydrates, 78.5gr proteins
FLUIDS
32oz water (that's what my "gym jug" holds) 8oz milk 8oz coffee 12oz diet soda 17oz crystal light EXERCISE 50 minutes strength training (lower body) and 45 minutes cardio (5 minutes on the stepper and 40 minutes on the bike).

ugg too much company this weekend and not enough sleep. Dr.Hefner did not take my drain out today so my only exercise was walking into his office and back out again. Still tolerating food just fine though
