4/19/08 - Daily diet and exercise journal

This one time....in
Band Camp.....

Today has been a good day for hibernating!  I went to the Y today but wasn't feeling to hot (sore throat so huffing and puffing with the cardio portion hurt too much) so I came home and took a nap!  Richard also had to do some fast talking to get me up and ready for church this evening.  He is doing SOOO well with the post surgery stuff!  He's up and moving around like a champ.  Unless you know what to look for you wouldn't even realize he had surgery 2 days ago! FOOD Breakfast:  Orange juice-N-vanilla protein drink  (made it for hubby and he refused it so I had it insterad of my usual morning latte) Snack:  Smoked almonds and a few corn nuts!!  (LOL....my car is in the shop and I found a bag of them in my hubby's truck console so I ate a few then threw them in the outside trash can!) Lunch:  1/2 cup Egg beater omelet w/ a slice of colby jack and a dollop of SC and salsa on top. Snack:  S/F F/F caramel latte from church cafe (I think it was that instant stuff so I'm not sure how healthy is really was) Dinner:  Imitation crab meat w/ ****tail sauce and a salad w/ lite basalmic  Snack:  Protein bar (290 cal) FLUIDS 8oz orange juice 32oz water 12oz milk from latte 17oz crystal lite EXERCISE I wasn't feeling well so I didn't get my whole work-out in.  I did manage 40 minutes on the strength machines, 5 minutes on the stepper and 15 minutes on the exercise bike.

lalallalaa, im here.... Amazing huh? House hunting sucks!! bug time!!!   So hows Mr. Entertainment?????? Day two of my phone alarm going off every four hours to eat! Im usually not hungry yet when it goes off, so my band is working... I feel like im eating way too much eating when im not hungry but Im doing it. We shall see how the weight loss goes.. It does make me exercise more cause I feel guilty!!lol s- prochino b- kroger activia yogurt s- french fries( shhh) d- nacho supreme no beans extra meat with four chips s- some bites of banana split fluids: 8 oz milk 18 oz water  16.9 oz water exercise: none ran errands and soccer game





  First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
