FYI: YMCA membership special!
When I went into the Y today to do my workout I saw a sign that stated they were currently waiving the membership fees! I can only assume this is for all the branches in the Louisville Metro area. If you are looking for a gym I can without hesitation suggest the YMCA. The biggest advantage for me to using the Y over any other gym is that they offer childcare at no cost (yeah, i'm sure it's factored into the monthly rate). This makes it so much easier to get myself there to workout knowing that I can take Gracie!
