4/18/08 - Daily diet and exercise journal
So, are we all shaken but not stirred??? Made for an interesting morning and the weather made for a glorious afternoon! Richard is doing GREAT. Much more active than I was when I had mine!
FOOD
Breakfast: Hospital cafeteria food (not too bad though!) 1 scrambled egg, 1/2 sausage patty, 1/2 biscuit with gravy. LOL....I re-affirmed that biscuits don't go through the stoma very happily but didn't PB.
Snack: Starbuck's skinny venti vanilla latte w/ 4 splenda
Lunch: Small Wendy's Chili with 6 crackers in it to dry it up
Dinner: grilled veggies and imitation crab meat
FLUIDS
Umm...i haven't been keeping track today but it's not much!
EXERCISE I'm planning on going this evening after supper! I will likely do my usual routine.
With I will succeed.
