4/16/08 - Daily diet & exercise journal
Busy day today! I took Gracie to my mom's this evening after her swimming class. She'll be there until Sunday whoch gives me plenty of time to take care of my big kid once he's released from the hospital on Friday. Gracie is such a good girl but at five she just doesn't understand that Daddy won't be able to wrestle with her (they call it UFC fighting and Daddy always has to tap out!!)
I might not be able to get this thread started tomorrow so if anyone else want to start it for me I'd appreciate it!
FOOD
B: StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte
L: 5oz rib meat (leftover from Richard's last supper!)
S: Snicker's protein bar
D: Chick-fil-a southwest salad (I can't believe I ate the whole thing!!)
FLUIDS
8oz milk
8oz coffee
32oz water
17oz crystal light
EXERCISE
60 minute strength training and 32 minutes cardio
I'm having a better day. Packing and pampering myself. Hope everything works out well for you and Richard. We leave tomorrow to spend a week in Chicago. My oldest daughter is flying in from Texas and my youngest daughter lready lives there.
INTAKE: B - 1/2 cup oatmeal and 2oz pork. Snack - 5.5oz spicy v-8. L - Chicken breast and 1/4 cup almonds and 1 slice dried mango. D - Tuna. Liquids - 2 cups of tea and 1 bottle of propel melon flavored water.
