FOOD
S: StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte (8oz milk and 8oz coffee)
B: Fresh pineapple spear and 2 turkey sausage patties
L: 1 cup Chic Tortilla soup w/o the tortillas and a dollop of SC
D: TX Roadhouse (Hubby's last meal!) - 1/3 of my salad, a few bites of baked potato
and maybe 4 or 5 bites of steak (it was a little too rare...will be dinner tomorrow)
FLUIDS
8oz milk
8oz coffee (i know it doesn't really count)
32oz GREEN KOOL-AID made w/ splenda
17oz water
EXERCISE
Off day!
Talked to NP. She says not giving me a fill. She doesn't believe I eat meat, but I can't go there right now. Got on the treadmill for 15 minutes and completed 15 minutes of weight lifting exercises.
Intake: B - 2 cups of tea, Banana Creme Protein Drink, L- garden salad with 1oz cheddar cheese, vanilla pudding and soyjoy protein bar, D- garden salad with 6 oz honey roasted chicken luncheon meat, handful of almonds and a slice of mango.
