This one time....in
Band Camp.....

3 more days for my Richard before he's banded!  He's settled down and is even eager for it now!  He's starting to talk about how much e's going to enjoy the summer now with his drag racing and such.  He's even being agreeable when I bring up Disneyworld which he DETESTS!!  I'm getting ready to book our vacation for September and he's even mentioned a few things he wants to do when there like the Segway tour and the rides (this is definate progress).   I've decided that I' m taking him out to eat tonight and tomorrow for his last meals (we had to have 2 since he couldn't decide which) before surgery and then am thinking about doing the liqud/pureed/soft diet with him post-op to help him through it.  If the doc does as he did for me that won't be so bad anyway since he pumped me up to mushies on day 5 when I had mine and I was on solids by the end of the second week.  LOL....not sure I could handle the whole 5 week process now! FOOD S:  StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte  (8oz mik, 8oz coffee, 3 splenda and a shot of S/F syrup)  B:  1/2 Snicker's Marathon Protein bar S:   The other 1/2 of the protein bar L:   17 slices of turkey pepperoni (70 cal & 6 pro) and a 2% string cheese D:   On The Border - not sure what i'll have!  I haven't been there since banding and         I'll have to study the menu really close! LIQUID 8oz milk 8oz coffee 32oz water EXERCISE 50 minutes cardio, 5 minutes on the stepper and 40 minutes on the stationary bike!

It is really wonderful that you guys can do this together.  My hubby makes poor eating choices that effect his health.  I'm the only one over overweight. Started my morning with 25 minutes on the treadmill.  I'm happy.  Gotta get that fill.  Breakfast - Banana Creme Whey Protein Drink, 2 cups of tea, 2 bottles of pomeg/berry flavored water.  Lunch - Tuna with Wheatthin Chips and soyjoy bar - apple.  Dinner - small garden salad with honey roasted turkey luncheon meat and bag of corn chips w/flax seed.  My stomach has been growling ever since.  I think I'll do 15 minutes on the ab lounger and make it an early night.
