How I met Mister Entertainment (for Dawn)
Love@AOL It's really a simple story. We were both seperated but not yet divorced from our first marriage. His papers were filed though and I had been living with my parents for about 6 months trying to get up the nerve to file for my divorce. His "starter wife" was still living in the house with him. The story was that she was getting ready to move to California and getting an apartment for a month or so didn't make a lot of sense so she was living in the guest room.....Ummm, yeah right......Anyway, I told him I'd "been there - done that" with some guy feeding me a line of BS only to find out he had a REAL wife and wasn't going down that road again (AFTER I'd seperated from 1st hubby)! He continually professed he was being honest and even had his brother TRY and vouch for him by emailing me....ummm.....yeah, right.....AGAIN. He finally did convince me to at least meet up with him at a restaurant or somewhere public (Becka ain't no dummy when it comes to online dating). So we met at a Steak-N-Shake on a Sunday evening. I did like him right away! He was very charming and kept grinning and trying to hold my hand under the table. I told him we could only go out though when the (ex)wife was completely out of the picture. Well to say he got on the ball after that was an understatement!! He had her moved out to one of her friends house by Thursday of that same week! Since that day we haven't spent a night apart except for once when I went to FanFair with a friend and he rode his bike down the next day! It did take us two years to get around to getting married though and you've already had the short version of how the wedding went! Life with Richard is NEVER boring!
