Today not as pretty as yesterday but all is well. 21 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the ab lounger and 15 minutes on the red chair. Exercise is increasing, not as much as I would like. B - Banana Creme Whey Protein drink, a cup of tea, glass of grape sugar free kool-aid. L- tuna with multi grain crackers and a yellow delicious apple peeled and cut up. Snack - Special K Chocolate Protein bar. D- 2 turkeyburgers. I've noticed your continued weight loss, congratulations. I'll post new stats after my visit next week. Z
