Hello Everyone Wanted to say good morning and hope you get to enjoy the beautiful day outside. I love to hear the birds singing and the daffodils blooming. I cant wait to plant flowers and get our yard looking nice again. Im finding the energy that i havent had in years. Thank you Dr.Sonnastine for that and all the changes that our going on from the surgery. everyone have a great day

I know I love seeing the red birds in the feeder every am ,can not wait till summer warm weather because I stay so dar n cold !!,I love to plant can not wait ,it was so nice yesterday I painted my fence & piddled out side all day ,spring break is over so back to work for me so every one have a great weak

I sat in the house working on the computer and listening to the birds and then the kids playing. I hate KY summers humidity (cali native) and maybe if I lost some weight I would not hate it quite so much; as maybe I would not be so darn'd hot. yet another reason for surgery.  have another beautiful day tomorrow.
