WOW!!  Beautiful day today!   We have been gone most of the day and as a result I haven't eaten like I should.  Not really bad choices though!  We went out with the husband's family to Joe Huber's restaurant to celebrate a his mother's birthday.  I was pretty darn good resisting the fried biscuits although I did taste test Gracie's Chicken and Dumplings!  My SIL who is from England and just came back from a visit brought me these incredible Cadbury candy bars (Curly Wurly's) that they don't sell here in the U.S. When we got hime this afternoon I put them in the fridge out in the garage so I wouldn't be looking at them everyday!  I do plan on having them but I'll ration them out in VERY small portions! ******************************************************************************* FOOD B: skipped it L:  Joe Huber's!  Had maybe a 1/3 of my fried chicken salad w/ ranch dressing        but did the fork dipping trick.  Also had a bite of Cracie's chic&dumplings S:  Twisted protein bar S:  4oz soft serve 98% FF chocolate frozen yourgurt D:  Some more of the fried chicken salad (I ate about another 1/3 of it)  FLUIDS 16oz Water 6oz Diet Pepsi (the can went flat before I drank it all so I poured it out) 17oz crystal lite EXERCISE NADA....it's my "off" day.

Our life does go on once banded.  You seem to be handling it well.  We always eat out on weekends.   B - apple soyjoy bar; L- cup of hot & sour soup. 1/2 cup soft serve chocolate ice cream; D- cabbage soup and 4 baked chicken drumettes.  At lunch food got stuck so I was reduced to soup and ice cream.  If something gets stuck my band just tightens up and I am unable to eat for a while. Worked in my yard raking leaves from the past and planting a few items I picked up from Lowes. Liquids were my standard two cups of hot tea.  I also had two bottles of water.  Tomorrow its back to tuna and protein drink and treadmill.

 With  I will succeed.

Eating out just seems to be part of our (husband, myself and daughter) lifestyle.  Sometimes I think we eat out way too much but then I remind myself that where you eat isn't the issue, it what you eat!  I know what restaurants I can go into and make really good decisions!  Joe Huber's isn't a great one!  Healthy options are VERY limited.  Their veggies are cooked country style which taste great but have hidden calories!  Grilled chicken OK but is kinda boring for me.  Two of my fav places are Chili's (I always get the shrimp, steamed broc and rice) and Q'dobas (naked burritos!).  I ended up getting stuck on dinner tonight too!  I can't tolerate the sensation very much as I'm claustrophobic and the choking feeling just goes right through me!  If it's just mild pressure in the chest i'm usually fine and can wait it out but if it's too strong I will go get rid of it without hesitation.  Anyway, I'm doing fluids the rest of the night to rest my tummy.
