I had rny and I havent lost any weight since I was 10 mths out and now Im 18 mths post op and have gained 10 -15 lbs. I eat all the time, the wrong things. Its just like before surgery. Is anyone else going through this? Does this mean I have failed or the surgery failed? What can I do? Please help.

Go back to basics...  Surgery isnt a cure all.  Just a tool.  The eating is a mental thing as it is with everyone.  Maybe see the shrink during the going back to basics? Goodluck

I wasnt trying to be mean hun.  I hope u didnt think I was.  You have done great though in your loss.  Just go back to the basics.  Maybe the 5 day pouch tests or something?

Many of us still fight with the mental demon that makes us wanna eat like we arent supposed to. Wishing you luck.

She is right, go back to the basics.  You know you want it, now go for it.  It is a constant battle.  I watch everything.  You need to think and eat like a thin person.  I have been watching Paul McKenna and he is great.  I really need to get his book.  He tells some very interesting thing about overweight people.
