OUCH!!! OK, so my power workout yesterday came back to bite me in the butt last night and today!  Oh my, I've been hobbling around!!  I've irritated the arthritis in the knee and my left shoulder muscle has been complaining as well!!  LOL...i'm a lefty and couldn't even open a new jug of milk this morning!!  I'm such a glutton though, I told Richard I was thinking about going ot the gym tonight because I have to take my car to the dealership tomorrow and won't get tot he gym in the morning as I'd like!!  What's wrong with this picture???  6 months ago my idea of a workout would have been wheeling the trash bins to the curb!!  My food has been screwy today as well, I never did eat until about 2pm and then ate junk!  This is why I need to schedule my meals and eat even though I may not thinkI'm hungry yet! @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ FOOD S:  Starbeck's Skinny Cinnamon Dulce latte B:  Skipped it L:   a few (8-10) chips and sour cream w/ salsa  S:   3 orange slice candies D:  4oz Salmon burger patty, 1/2 cup spinach, 1/4 cup baked beans S:  Orange Julius Protein Shake (just because I need to do        something good today! FLUIDS 8oz coffee 8oz milk 24oz crystal light 8oz orange juice EXERCISE nada

I am an early riser and so I try to exercise early.  As of late it has only been about 10 minutes of weight lifting and 10 to 15 minutes on the treadmill (3.7)  but I have been at it daily. Food intake:  Breakfast - Banana Creme Whey Protein made w/water., 2 cups of hot tea,  1 cup of coffee, one 16 oz bottle of water.  Lunch - side salad from McDonald and McChicken w/o bread.  Dinner - Cabbage soup and one piece of fried catfish.  Snack - Southbeach Chocolate Mint Snack Bar. I think it must be arthritis season.  My wedding ring finger is swollen at the joint (one finger, go figure) I can't think of anything else that would cause it.  Be careful at the gym. Z
