4/3/08 - Daily diet & exercise journal
I am an early riser and so I try to exercise early. As of late it has only been about 10 minutes of weight lifting and 10 to 15 minutes on the treadmill (3.7) but I have been at it daily. Food intake: Breakfast - Banana Creme Whey Protein made w/water., 2 cups of hot tea, 1 cup of coffee, one 16 oz bottle of water. Lunch - side salad from McDonald and McChicken w/o bread. Dinner - Cabbage soup and one piece of fried catfish. Snack - Southbeach Chocolate Mint Snack Bar. I think it must be arthritis season. My wedding ring finger is swollen at the joint (one finger, go figure) I can't think of anything else that would cause it. Be careful at the gym. Z
