4/2/08 - Daily diet & exercise journal
Happy Tuesday! Today has been one of those days where I've been busy and on the go all day long and I'm so ready to finish dinner (it's already 7:20 but we typically eat late) and flop down in front of the TV/laptop!! FOOD B: 3/4 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/4 cup crushed pineapple S: 5 or 6 turkey pepperoni slices (LOL....Gracie stole the rest from me!!) L: Snicker's Caramel Nut Rush Protein Bar (Gracie stole 2 bites of this as well!!) D: Breakfast for supper - 1 turkey sausage, 2 eggs, 1/2 biscuit w/ gravy and MAYBE a bite or two of grits if I have room! FLUIDS 30oz water 24oz crystal light EXERCISE I went to the gym this morning and spent 75 minutes on the strength machines! I'm lined up for all 16 machines with 3 sets per machine....LOL....I think i'm biting off more than I can chew!! Anyway, I was planning on doing cardio too but ran out of time. I considered going back up this evening and doing 30 - 40 minutes on the exercise bike but then remembered American Idol was on tonight SO I think I'll take my 75 minutes and call it GRACE!!
