Happy Monday!
I didn't care for the rain this morning but the sun is out right now and it's warm so all in all it turned into a very pretty day!!

FOOD
S: StarBECK'S skinny cinnamon dulce Latte
B: 1/2 cup egg beater omelet with a slice of colby jack and salsa
L: Twisted Protein Bar (got busy and now it's too close to dinner)
D: Rotisserie chicken with steamed broccoli and wild rice
FLUIDS
8oz milk
8oz coffee
24oz water
24oz crystal light (i'm working on this one now)
24oz crystal light (after dinner this evening)
EXERCISE
I DID IT!!! I figured out how to make the 1000 minute exercise goal (off the lapband board) for this month and I did it!
I did my usual routine at the gym but I actually timed myself on the strength machine and I spent 45 minutes on those. I then did my usual 40 minutes on the exercise bike. THEN.....I signed up to meet with the trainer for later in the afternoon to set me up on the new strength machines (they have to plug in your upper and lower range of motion along with the weight you start out lifting and show you how to use the machine itself) that they just got in (out with the old and in with the new) and this lasted an hour! So according to my math i'm 3 minutes over!!!! I made it by the skin of my teeth but nonetheless, Yeah me!!!!
