LOL....I found my appetite last night!! I guess losing 4 pounds in 3 days wasn't going to last, huh?
Oh well, back to the "working it" part!

FOOD
B: I tried a piece of crispy french toast and immediatly
got STUCK so I waited it out and then had 1 cup of
mushy Kashi cereal with 1/4 cup of milk.
S: StarBECK'S Skinny Cinnamon Dulce Latte
L: 1 boiled egg and a few chips with salsa & sour cream
D: about 3oz teriyaki pork loin, 1/4 cup peas, small baked
tater (maybe 2.5oz) w/ butter spray and a dollop of sour cream
FLUIDS
8oz coffee
8oz 1% milk
24oz water
24oz cystal light
EXERCISE
I'm actually going to the YMCA today! If I do my usual 80 minute routine today and tomorrow I'll still be 62 minutes short on the March challange but hey, it's gotten me to move my junk more than I would have if I didn't sign up so that alone is a success!!
well you sound much more chipper this morning.. I have been lazy since I hit onederland.. Im not sure why. I just dont have the energy. I only need one hour for the challenge,,, I aint done it today... I been lazy. I havent even weighed which is unusual for me..
I am getting Lisa's gazelle for the month of april and see how it adjusts my exercise schedule... She's gonna loan it to me! I got on it yesterday for awhile..
food:
b-a sausage biscuit with jelly..
s- prochino
l= cashews, and two hershey minutures
s- a few pringles
d- fried chicken, green beans and mash potatoes. I havent made fried chiken in a LONG TIME
liquid:
8 oz milk
20 oz water
exercise:
absolutely none. Im a SLUG!

What would Dr. Shina and Holly have to say about it? Even if you don't get your fill at this next appointment why don't you go anyway and talk to them about it? You've got vacation and bathing suits to think about!!! Get your butt on that gazelle!
LOL....and if you eat anything really bad let me know....I enjoy just hearing about gooey things now days!!

I know,, It's bad. lol... I think at this point I am keeping the appointment for the fill. I think I need the kick in the butt. Usually support group does it but I really think its this stupid rainy weather.. I am hoping the april exercise challenge will give me a kick in the butt... I need BOOTCAMP!!! Besides I tell you exactly what I eat so I know I have to account for it!!lol
