LOL....just in case anyone out there doesn't realize it....This thread is open to ANYONE who wants to join me in tracking and being accountable for their food intake and exercise.  It works for me to keep me on the path! No pressure here....I'm kinda lonely here though.....(Feeling sorry for me yet?) ***************************************************** This fill I had on Wednesday is the BOMB!  I simply am not hungry and I don't have the sensation that things are too tight!  I finally ate my first meal around 3:30 today and then a little cottage cheese about 1/2 an hour ago.  I'm going to try solids again tomorrow and see how that goes so I might be eating my words then!   I had my stint taken out of my kidney and ureter this afternoon and am laying low....lordy, but it felt like I was giving birth all over!  It's a good thing Princess Grace went to my mom's tonight because I had to take the percocet and phenergan again when I got home!  LOL...i'm getting ready to take round two on the percs!! Dawn, what was your friend's name from last night again?  Richard and I thought she was great fun!  What's her surgery date?  Richard got his this afternoon.  It's the 17th of April. **************************************************** FOOD B:  StarBECK's homemade skinny caramel latte (8 oz coffee, 8oz 1% milk,       3 Splenda and a shot of S/F syrup L:  Small Wendy's Chili w/ 6 crackers to dry it up a little S:  1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/4 cup crushed pineapple D:  one onion ring, 2 pieces of fried shrimp and about 1/2 of my fish filet

FLUIDS 8oz coffee 8oz milk 20oz water 20oz crytal light EXERCISE No time this morning and now I'm feeling like crud so i'll be like Scarlett O'Hara and say "tomorrow is another day"

How full is your band? Mine is 2.2 and I don't notice anything. I have been recoding what I eat in a journal and recording my exercIse. This week I biked 20 miles, in support of my 20 yr old daughter who is biking 180 miles in 3 days for the Children's Miracle Network. I read your blog every day. SO don't feel lonely. Keep up the good work.

Thank you so much for the nice words!  I get a little self conscious at times posting it thinking others will think i'm grandstanding or something!   I'm not though, LOL....like most heavyset people I tend to be more of an intorvet and stay to myself until i'm approached (less rejection that way don't ya know!) After this last fill i think i'm at 3.1cc with a 4cc band.  What size is your band?  Every person is so different though.  There's one lady at our local support meetings that has lost 125 pounds on ONE FILL!!  This was #4 for me.  My mother, who is also a bandster has her 4cc band filled at 3.7cc.  She is over 3 years out and at goal.  She had 80 pounds to lose (she's like 5 foot nothing and had TONS of comorbidities). Twenty miles in a week is about where i'm at as well.  I think I manage about 6 to 7 miles in my thirty minute cardio workout every M-W-F.  When I do the full forty minutes I can end up with 8 miles but I've only been able to do that 2 or 3 times now.  I try to get another day in on the weekend but it's really hit-n-miss whether I get to or not!  I know I could do better but coming from where I did nothing other than housework I am very pleased with myself! Good luck to your daughter on her marathon!!

  awwwwwwwww I sorry  you feel lonely!! I know I been busy.. but I still journal in my book so I can keep track for you!!! heheheh    Her name is Terry and she is alot of fun... Sweet as can be too!!! Her surgery date is the 21 of april I beleive. So Mr entertainment will be a few days ahead of her!! lol Food:  s- prochino            b- 1/2 piece of sausage            s- cashews, half of a 1/ cup serving            l- nacho supreme, double meat, no chips            s- rest of cashew serving            d- 2 chicken tenders with white gravy... and a few fries liquids: 8 oz milk 20 oz water  4 ounce water   Exercise: 15 minute walk in the misting rain





  First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
