3/28/08 - daily diet & exercise journal
LOL....just in case anyone out there doesn't realize it....This thread is open to ANYONE who wants to join me in tracking and being accountable for their food intake and exercise. It works for me to keep me on the path! No pressure here....I'm kinda lonely here though.....(Feeling sorry for me yet?) ***************************************************** This fill I had on Wednesday is the BOMB! I simply am not hungry and I don't have the sensation that things are too tight! I finally ate my first meal around 3:30 today and then a little cottage cheese about 1/2 an hour ago. I'm going to try solids again tomorrow and see how that goes so I might be eating my words then! I had my stint taken out of my kidney and ureter this afternoon and am laying low....lordy, but it felt like I was giving birth all over! It's a good thing Princess Grace went to my mom's tonight because I had to take the percocet and phenergan again when I got home! LOL...i'm getting ready to take round two on the percs!! Dawn, what was your friend's name from last night again? Richard and I thought she was great fun! What's her surgery date? Richard got his this afternoon. It's the 17th of April. **************************************************** FOOD B: StarBECK's homemade skinny caramel latte (8 oz coffee, 8oz 1% milk, 3 Splenda and a shot of S/F syrup L: Small Wendy's Chili w/ 6 crackers to dry it up a little S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/4 cup crushed pineapple D: one onion ring, 2 pieces of fried shrimp and about 1/2 of my fish filet
FLUIDS 8oz coffee 8oz milk 20oz water 20oz crytal light EXERCISE No time this morning and now I'm feeling like crud so i'll be like Scarlett O'Hara and say "tomorrow is another day"
