3/26/08 - Daily diet & Exercise Journal
The sun is shinning and i'm feeling perky! Went to the gym and did a whole 80 minute workout! I'm actually getting to where I enjoy it! I just wish all my efforts woulod show on the scale too!!
I have an appointment with Dr. Larson today and even if I have to BEG I will be getting a SMALL fill. Richard has his consult with Dr. Larson today as well and I'm hoping they will give him a surgery date today!!

FOOD
S: StarBeck's homemade cinnamon Dulce Latte (made with 8oz 1% milk)
B: Twisted protein bar (190 calories and 15 protein)
L: 1/2 cup refried beans with sour cream and salsa
S: Warmed CIB made w/ milk (mainly to test band since I was feeling
throat tightness after my fill earlier, It took a while but went down fine!)
D: 1/2 cup blenderized cream of broc soup (it was nasty!) so I
ate a S/F pudding cup which went down fine but I was FULL
FLUID
8 oz coffee
8 oz milk
20 oz water
20 oz water
8oz milk
EXERCISE
40 minutes strentgh training and 40 minutes cardio at the YMCA
I got mine at Sam's Club (24 bars for $20-ish). I have seen them sold individually at Target though and have heard you can get them at Costco as well.
I like them because they taste REAL. Very tasty and good for "on the go" or when you're a little short on your protein count for the day and want something "junky."
